At AG LEGO® Certified Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Securely place the unopened LEGO® sets in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags and documentation are included.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
